TESTIMONIAL LETTER FROM STANLEY I. WHITNEY:

August 8, 2007

To Marty Layne Audiology:

Dear Marty,

As a client of yours for over three years, I feel it is appropriate for me to express my opinion of you and your staff.

I am a seventy-year-old man who has had hearing problems ever since my teenage years. Because of my hearing loss, I have dealt with a number of audiologists over the years. As a result of this experience I feel qualified to relate my opinion of Marty Layne Audiology.

In my opinion, your logo should say “We Conduct Our Business the Way Business Used to Be Done.”

From the first time I walked into your office, during my hearing test, and fitting me with the appropriate hearing aids, you and Linda Kirk were terrific! I felt comfortable and confident. I was treated with respect and concern for my individual and unique hearing problems.

At no time was I pressured to buy a particular hearing aid. You diligently explained my individual hearing loss to me, and explained my options. With your assistance I purchased one BTE and one ITE. That was over two years ago, and the warranty has long since expired. BUT NOT THE SERVICE!

On second thought, maybe your logo should be, “The Warranty Expired, Not the Service.”

When it comes to the way you and your staff treat your clients, I believe Marty Layne Audiology has no peer anywhere! I can call any time and get the help and advice I need. When I get to your office I am always greeted in a warm and friendly manner. It’s always, “What can I do to help you?” I get the same greetings and service long after the warranty has expired.

I chose to spend a lot of money for my hearing aids. It was worth every penny! I can turn the TV lower, I can hear the birds sing, I can hear my wife speak, and other sounds too numerous to mention. It is a huge improvement in my quality of life.

On behalf of my wife and myself, I want to thank Marty and Linda for the wonderful care and concern that I have received. I urge anyone with a hearing problem to go to your office to have his or her hearing evaluated.

Sincerely,

Stanley I. Whitney
